How to use:

1. Building tolerance

   • Week 1-2: 2x per week (in the evening)

   • Week 3-4: Every other night

2. Application

   • Cleanse and tone the skin.

   • Massage gently and finish with a moisturizing cream if necessary.

3. Tips
